The issue is, it's hot until it's noticeable and it's noticeable almost instantly. Plump lips are hot, but the second they look even marginally fake they look so awkward. From what I hear girls usually do just a little bit at first, but tend to really like it and go back for more.

Honestly, unless you are old enough to have loose skin that needs plumped up; lip fillers are the single worst thing any woman could do for her appearance. If you aren't middle aged, lip fillers will put 15 years on you in a heartbeat.
