What do you think of people that dye hair funky colours pink blue?

I think their mind is also Funky... After soo many Colouring Time, the hair starts to "manifest", and when it reaches the stage of "no return" it starts to... Dry up, Fade in Smoothness, Break easily, Fall... and the the person needs to either totally Shave or gradually cut it/shorten it...🤷‍♂️
But hey... Everyone are Free to do whatever they Like!

On a 13 year old girl, it is simply a fad which they are following. Kids at that age are in search of their identity and they try many different things along that path.

When a girl over the age of 21 has blue, pink, or green hair, I assume that she is immature.

Sometimes it actually works out. For example, a GAG member once sent me a photo of herself, she had blue hair, and she was absolutely stunning! It really suited her.
