White skin or dark skin.. which do you consider to be a more feminine skin color?

Both can be feminine but where I’m from (the culture is sadly colorist), people see fairer skin as to being more feminine and darker skin is much more masculine. So girls are expected to have somewhat of a lighter complexion whereas guys are expected to be more tanned (which apparently shows that he’s a hard worker?). It’s weird and dated.
