  Don't like these type of pants. Personally I'd go with high waisted skinny jeans but even if you want something more loose there are other options
  
  For the top there's just too much going on. Puff sleeves + shiny + pattern feels like it's too much for a piece that's that short. Some options I like that go in similar direction

Very cute outfit and fits you well. I like that it’s casual, yet still classy enough to go out on the town in.
if it’s a high end restaurant I would skip the midriff
