Are you comfortable with finding deals/or finding used clothes?

So my friend always laughs at me for going to eBay and other online sites for cheap clothes, but he always compliments my style. Same with a lot of people. I just wash the clothes as soon as I get them. I tried telling him that you can get mostly anything you want for way less since it’s used. But refuses to go on those sites. Since I was a teenager, I would go on eBay to buy clothes because I couldn’t really afford new priced clothing. Now that I make a good enough salary, I still buy clothes on eBay and so on, but this time with name brands like Saint Laurent and fear of god. I find it incredibly stupid to pay $400 for a t shirt when you can find a cheaper version of that same name brand for less. Even if I was Bill gates, I wouldn’t pay Retail price for something. Unless you know it would be cheaper to get it on that site (like resellers), or if you know it’s a limited product that you really like.

I avoid thrift shops because of the smell on clothes. Even after you wash them, I just get grossed out by the smell of cigarettes and who knows what. Even when going in those stores. But I agree. Sometimes, you can find really good things.
