Are we heading towards a unisex society? And if so, is it a good or bad thing?

Are we moving to a world where both men and women wear dresses and make-up, men shave off their body hair, more girls are given names that have been traditionally boys names, more people identify as non-binary, hairstyles become unisex, etc?

Also, is this a good thing or a bad thing?

You mean like the 1960s and 1970s where guys had long hair, girls had long hair, guys wore make up, girls wore make up. Names such as Terry, Cameron, Taylor, Ashley etc. I have seen plenty old films, photos etc of 1960-1970 guys wearing dodgy stuff that women would wear. I do not think it’s anything new.

you didn't see men on the red carpet wearing dresses or makeup. Marketers did not use androgynous people to appeal to both sexes for makeup and clothing. Don't recall a lot of manscaping products back then or even "manscaping" being a thing.
Yes, more women wore jeans and slacks, and men let their hair grow long, but they didn't style it like women: updos, for example. It was a small part of the punk/disco scene but it was not mainstream. You didn't see male actors posing in dresses for fashion magazines. Men in drag was a comedy thing.

From a quick Google, men had long hair, work women’s colours lots of bright stuff, wore make up before punk, this was late 60s. Google has it all. Those in the 1960 to 1970 have a lot to answer for, it is their fault really. That was when the slide happened.

Yes we are. Women don't even look like women anymore. They all dress like men now with no femininity. And the men aren't men. A lot of them are cucks and proud of it.
