A septum ring isn't good for any girl and only gives man-hating feminist vibes.
Your hair will turn green, purple, or blue if you get a septum ring. You will automatically put on 50lbs. of fat. For some reason, your armpits will get hairy and might possibly be dyed blue.
I have to fight off my desire to simp for you as you are now, but a septum ring would instantly kill my boner and I'd just assume you as a roastie and place you in the feminist category that doesn't pass the sniff test. ... you look real loveable right now... don't kill it with a septum ring which makes girls look punchable.

Thank GOD you asked an adult. Honey, NO. You look just fine without a nose piercing. I have seen girls wear them thangs since the 90s and they always make me think of a cow. And what do you do if you have a cold? LEAVE YOUR BODY ALONE. IMHO.

  And them tats. I'll be honest with you. I grew up in the 70s. Women were clean limbed, untatted, and unpierced and they were beautiful. You kids today seem to relish uglifying yourselves in ways that will screw you up forever. If I see a girl with tats. I suspect she is mentally ill and has daddy issues. I shun them.
