Can I get a nose job for a deviated septum?

I have a deviated septum I originally wanted surgery on… I now realize I could just get a nose job and get my nose to better match the size of my face… if I get this and have a deviated septum is it covered by insurance?

A lot of people get nose jobs and say they had a de iated septum what the heck, while you are on the table you might as well get the lube job along with the tuneup.
