  His personality isn't quite mature in my opinion he acts like a little boy has an annoying voice and he hugs me TOO much all day everyday 😭😭😭 we are out for a drink and he starts yapping about how i should stop drinking and not be an alcoholic (i jist drink one gin)💀💀💀 he also hugs me outside and ALLL people look at us weird

I think it depends on the woman, the event, and/or the dress itself. I think black for business used to be very chic. I don't really think that's the case anymore. Black is still the social norm for funerals. So you would really expect to see at least a few black dresses there, short or not. For fancy parties, I think a plain black dress would be overrated, but a black dress with an interesting neck or shoulder design, unique materials, etc, could make it worth wearing. Otherwise, what do I really know? I'm just a dude. Never worn a black dress myself.

In terms of absolutes, I think they're very attractive.
The problem I think is that I've sometimes gone to bars in Tokyo (especially the more expensive ones) where practically every woman in the bar is wearing one of those short black dresses. So it starts to look a bit generic when almost every single woman is wearing one and I start to find my eyes drawn to the one or two women dressed differently.
Still, I think short black dresses look good on almost every single woman.

Disagree. Every woman should have the short black dress. They are elegant and sexy all rolled into one. That doesn’t mean the short part is barely covering your couchy or ass, but mid thigh.
