Which style is cuter for a casual coffee or brunch date?

Thanks to everyone for your opinion. I'd like to add, that the coffee date might be more in the evening. Does the hour makes a difference in the outfit you choose? If so how, or why yes or no?

The skirt & top. The second two are in casual beauty territory and could really benefit from accessories.

The time of day does have an effect. What looks good to me is what simply appears to fit, to be harmonious. In the evening, the dresses would work better. Around sunset, everything becomes a little more sultry, plus those dresses are simply more visible. As for which one, just by eye, the blue works better with cool-toned skin and the pink with warm. Ssshes and chain-belts would look great with both, though silver harmonizes more with the blue and bronze more with the pink. Gold/brass works equally. As for shoes, I'd keep them simple, since it's casual. Below is what I would want to see most if I were on the date, and below that is a link to loose chain belts in general.

I'm petite.
I also have healthy, attractive skin.
I'd "disappear" in long skirts & dresses.
Short dresses, skirts & shorts make me look like I have longer limbs.
Additionally, less fabrics bring me more comfort especially during warm & hot days.
