Personally I can think of two things, one getting my teeth done and two would be to get a tonsillectomy as well.

Yea i'd do a lot of stuff. I'm obsessed with perfection and sadly am just a low 6 with a eh body. If i winned the lottery or something i'd try to make my face like an 8 and my body hot as shit. for the specifics for the face: v line surgery?/whatever you call the face narrowing surgery surgery, would get filler under my eyes, botox or collagen injections in a couple points of my face, would remove moles, would do dermatologic procedures to get perfect skin, maybe a slight non surgical nose job, invisalign. for the body: boob job, bbl, stretch mark removal, scar removal, liposuction, collapsed arch foot surgery, permanent laser hair removal

I would get my chin pulled forward like my orthodontist wanted me to do for a better profile and maybe a breast reduction. Besides that I just would have a good makeup artist and nutritionist to make me a beauty LOL.
