I think so yes. I rarely think anyone is ugly. To me a person is mainly ugly if they're terrible as a person (being mean, rude, etc.). Basically, a bad personality is ugly.

Yes what is unattractive to one person maybe hot to another.

Some people find braces ugly but some find it a turn on.

Some people find fat people ugly and some dont.
