I do believe and I do think there is such thing as objectively ugly.
For example I am pretty sure everyone would think the man in the picture below has an ugly appearance.
Since everyone would agree the man in the picture below is ugly I would not say that is subjective.
I would call him objectively ugly since everyone would agree he is ugly.

There are probably objective measures of being unhealthy, unkempt, having poor hygiene, things of this sort, and that's probably going to be unappealing to most, if not all, in the extremities.

Well there is. Like big facial deformities will always be objectively ugly as sad as that is. However there are also objectively ugly, objectively attractive, and objectively attractive.
