Girls, How do you stop panda eyes with your mascara and eyeliner?

It's bad enough after some passionate action with my boyfriend but lately I seem to always have panda eyes with my make up running!. My boyfriend has seen me without my make up but I prefer to, most of the time, have it on and be looking good. But after flirting and talking for an hour or so I go bathroom and see it looks awful and feel embarrassed cos he never says anything! Do I need to invest in a really expensive waterproof brand or something? I wear contact lenses so have to be careful with my eyes!

I always use Wet 'N Wild H2O liquid eyeliner and the Maybelline Sky High for mascara. They don't smudge easily even if I had a shower. Makeup Forever products are great too. ❤️

Just regular water proof makeup it doesn’t have to be expensive! I use Stila eyeliner and L’Oréal telescopic waterproof mascara and it holds up!

Wear waterproof mascara and set the concealer under your eyes with loose powder.

My mascara is waterproof and I did set my liner with powder today. It made a little difference but not completely.

Are you sure is your mascara that is smudging and not the type of eyeliner you use?
