I think the first three are about the same. I think the forth is a little behind the others.

Dress for an interview is almost like doing two opposite things at once. You want clothes that leave an impression of "she looked nice", but after the interview not remember anything about what you actually wore.

What that means is that you want to look nice, but NOT draw attention to your clothes. The interview is about you, not your clothes. So clothes should look nice, but not something that will draw their attention away from YOU.

If they are looking at your clothes while you are talking, that's not what you want. This rule starts the moment you first meet.

It really depends what the interview is for, but if it's for some kind of office job, C looks the best. It's classy, yet conservative. During an interview, you wan the interviewer to concentrate on your qualifications, not your physical appearance.

C - Best for formal interviews at basic-like companies. It’s least brightest and flashy and more of a neutral color. Feminine neutral in this case.

B/D - For interviews in design like house designer, magazine designer, graphic designer, clothing designer. Etc. Option A could be included as well, but I didn’t appreciate the fringes too much around the collar.
