As for me I cut my own hair long before Covid & still cut it & after I give myself a buzz cut I wash my own hair, clean up & I even tip myself by taking myself out to lunch after.

I started trimming my own hair since I moved and don't want to go to the only good hair dresser near me (use to live next door to the owner/senior stylist and I'm not ready to listen to the drama with her ex or talk about how I had a crush on her step son) . Recently went else where for an actual cut and it just reminded me why I don't get styled cuts because they never fucking listen.

With a shaver , but I do like once in a while to go to a barber and for him to use a " cut throat " razor with a nice lump of cream.

I always do. I have been blessed with straight, easy to cut hair. A razor with a #6 attachment every few weeks does the job. Using multiple mirrors makes it easy to get the back correct.
