It depends on the woman. Most of the time if a woman’s dressing provocative and the clothes look uncomfortable as fuck then she’s probably doing it for that reason. Especially posing in certain ways (on average) most women are very aware of how they’re coming off.

These women though a lot of times don’t get attention from the type of men they want and get it from the wrong. So they start getting annoyed. If they aren’t looking for sex then they’re doing it for attention to feed their ego.
