I’ve seen this so much and I wish it would stop. Most men wouldn’t go for fat women which is perfectly understandable just like most women don’t want fat men. Obese people, while they can wear what they want, won’t look physically appealing when they wear tight clothing. To answer your question most women lie through their teeth and compliment their friends even if they look ugly. Which I don’t think should happen because it may make that person develop a big ego. Therefore believing they deserve something when they don’t.

Some women believe they can compensate for being bigger by being easy to have sex with. I’ve seen guys flirt with them when they wear revealing clothes.

No some trends are universal like finding symmetrical bodies good looking or signs of diseases are generally not desirable.
We could have robots grow up humans in isolation and they would still instinctively recognize beauty.
