The contrast, it looks pretty cool. Also some of those styles are simply crossed so wearing something underneath or be half exposed. I don't know if they are both bras one may be a halter top.

it’s the same as wearing a shirt under a shirt. It’s not essential but adds Contrast.

  It’s interesting to me so many people think that this is a way to reveal a persons bra or to be sexy or to get attention. I think it looks really nice but it’s specifically the contrast that it creates. It’s just a nice touch.. not trying to get any attention. I mean they aren’t even provocative garments. It’s different than wearing a very late shirt underneath. You can’t see anything but the colors.

Anything to expose themselves is a W. As much as society will allow. Some would walk around completely naked if they could get away with it. You won't hear many guys complaining 😂

One motive possible: Aesthetics. Asymmetric shape is contrast, contrast draws attention, these are terms for the art field, but it is completely valid outside of this field :)

From a fashion sense it's just showing a contrast and I don't even think it's very bra like. Well. Mine are way more lacy and some more see through. It's pretty much like having a strap top than a bra in my opinion. But I like it. Looks good.
