What curls would look best with this simple top?

I'm trying to make up an outfit with this strappy top but I'm kind of stuck at the hair. I prefer to have my hair curled even though I find my natural straight hair pretty (just not with thin strap tops for some reason).

As for bottoms, I'll wear jeans if it won't be too hot outside. If only I'd have some vintage Levis shorts though...

the top:

19mm curls = sort of a wild look

25mm = classic wavy look

32mm = big waves (very pretty but the hair doesn't hold for long)

I'd suggest the tighter curls- more variation in visual texture better contrasts the light hair against the dark shirt. I'd say you want to be more of a visual Philly cheesesteak than a visual Italian beef, but you can't take the Chicago out of the Floridian, and my brain won't let me vote against the Italian beef.
