LEFT or RIGHT arm first when putting on a garment with SLEEVES?

When you put on a shirt, blouse, jacket, dress or any other garment that has sleeves, which arm do you put on first?

Really interesting question. I would have guessed that it would be my left arm first because I'm right-handed and I would assume that I would want to use my right arm to help get the first arm in a sleeve.

But when I tested it out I found that I actually put my right arm in the sleeve first.

I am right handed so it is marginally easier to do the right hand side last. You can't do both at once with most garments. Just t shirts.
