Girls, do any of you usually wear two pairs of panties at once? For some reason?

I'm Deni, I'm a flight attendant and for 10 years I've had the habit of wearing two pairs of panties at a time, usually more when I'm in a flight for comfort. A few months ago I changed jobs to a new airline, and in a changing room a colleague noticed that I was wearing two pairs of panties and made fun of me. She always makes a joke about it when she can, it makes me feel like the weird one.
Do any other girls usually do this, the two pairs of panties thing?

It is hard to understand why your colleges' would make fun of you for it. That is very insensitive of them I think.

Just be you and don't worry about what others think. They are just demonstrating their insecurities that they have with themselves.

The majority of panties are made from very thin materials of course. Maybe you could find some made with extra thick material that may satisfy your needs as well.

I only wear one pair, but I'm curious why you like to wear two.
I do however always wear a tank top, under a tshirt then my actual shirt. Some people feel that's too much under shirts but I feel its most comfortable for me.

I dont think wearing two pairs of panties is normally done, but everyone has a story to tell like that (something they do that others dont normally do).

It sucks that she keeps bringing it up. If it really bothers you - I'd set your boundaries and tell her "the joke is getting old and I'd like you to stop because I don't find it funny, especially when you say it in front of others. It's something personal and I want you to stop". Hopefully she gets the hint.

It's a long story. I've had a lot of problems with urinary tract infections throughout my life and I get very cold there for some reason I don't understand. When I'm in a flight I need to feel comfortable that nothing is going to happen, especially when you're serving passengers and have to be alert for hours, so putting on two pairs of underwear makes you feel safe. In winter I do it every day, whether I'm flying or not.

Makes sense, and those are long hours indeed. That's sort of the reason why I always wear an undershirt... my stomach is incredibly sensitive to cold and I get shivers if I dont.

I’ve never heard of this, i believe you should only wear one. I would definitely ask your gynecologist. That area should be breathable. This is why cotton underwear is usually recommended.

I don't think wearing two pairs would help much when you start your period if you didn't have a pad or tampon in. The blood would still show.

One usually does it. The only reason I would even think of it is if it were that time of the month. But even then, what's the point? If you leak through one you will leak through both unless one was a Depend. 😅
