Why do so many dudes in Florida wear short shorts?

Last April while I was in Miami, I decided to hit up the Dolphin Mall. About 1/4 of the dudes were wearing 2 inch inseam shorts. Most of these dude appeared to be cisgender. I couldn’t help but laugh. I am glad I was one of those cats rocking the long shorts (a real man’s shorts)
