In Summer why are females Against Wearing Skirts and Dresses?

Ok, it seems to me females feel more comfortable in shorts and trousers, is this the case?

I used to work at a Charity Store, and unbelievably I was allowed to dress a female in the window ( No she was a Dummy) I'm getting myself in trouble here! I was dressing a slim female, so I dressed her in a long dress, and she looked wonderful! But the problem was the Manager had a curvaceous figure and she looked wonderful in a short skirt. Anyway to cut the story short, my long dress in the window didn't go down too well!

It appears I was wrong about what females like to wear, skirts and dresses are in fashion.

It depends on which part of the world you're living in. The weather, culture, daily behavior and the industry types are all factors that influencing people's decision on what to wear.
I like wearing skirts and dresses. Therefore I told myself to avoid jobs that require me wearing pants. I avoid moving to where's going to be super cold to keep me away from skirts.
I also put so much effort into maintaining my body figure to get me look nice in those outfits.

I think some women prefer trousers because they’re masculine, active types. Tomboys. Others prefer the fact that pants are more practical.

A female I know for some reason said she would never wear a skirt, I don't know why she told me, but recently she did, and she looked very attractive.

I wear skirts all the time, but my favorite thing to wear is a long t-shirt. I don't need anything else.
