Are fishnets or stockings more appropriate?

(Mom says i shouldn't own stockings but allows me with fishnets I think she just doesn't like me wearing lace bc I wanted pj's with lace and she said no and called it sexual but then later said If I want it I can buy it)

Stockings are way way more appropriate than fishnets. Your mom is right on this one. Lace and fishnets do tend to have sexual overtones. It depends of course on what else you're wearing. Generally though, fishnets are more "sexy" than stockings. Stockings are always "more appropriate" than fishnets.

@lovelydear7 Stockings look nice on any leg, gives them color, shape and a 'finished' look when dressed up. When wearing a suit or Tux, I always wear knee-length sox.
