Because they enhance the nice parts and perfect everything else..

as long as the man believes it’s “natural” they are happy.

butnwhat happens if you find out she had surgery? Would you become less attracted to her?

do you all of a sudden just see her as a surgically altered body body instead of continuing to admire her body as you did when you were under the impression that it was “natural” ?

do you se her and think other differently?

I just think some surgeries are quite noticeable like for example in Kpop there's a lot of idols that get a nose job where they put a piece of plastic over the bone so they have a perfectly straight and well rounded nose bridge but since most idols get it, it doesn't really look that appealing anymore tbh. But there are some subtle surgeries you can do that improve your looks a tiny bit and are not really noticeable.

There's only one celebrity woman I know who has had bigger changes to her face but it turned out really well. Usually I think it's more of a downgrade in looks. But of course with celebrities it's easier to tell who had plastic surgery if you just meet someone on the street you won't know how they looked in the past.

I just feel like mental aspects are usually more important. No surgery can fix you if you feel like you're not good enough in some way. And that's why the risks are high. As you can see she had 0 reason to get plastic surgery but she did and she never stopped and to this day she's still doing it. It's one of the saddest stories.

It's a complicated issue no doubt but I would always lean towards not doing it because you can never get your body back once you've cut it up and the thing you're so insecure about today maybe in a few years you would have gotten over it. Maybe you're actually beautiful the way you are.

If she was surgically enhanced to look really good and I knew she was surgically enhanced, I would be more than happy to fuck her. I would assume that she got those enhancements to be sexually appealing. But I would think of her as a Barbie sex doll.

I think the natural female body is wonderful and I kind of resent the idea of trying to look like caricatures of femininity through surgery - breast enlargement, BBLs, lip plumping, facial surgery, etc. It's as if being natural isn't good enough anymore. Now super gay guys are doing it to become trans-women.

So, women who do that turn me off. I lose respect for them. They are trying to be something they are not. It's false advertising. They may suffer from body dysphoria or they may be trying to find rich, handsome, materialistic guys. I'm not interested in such women. I like real women who have self esteem and whose values don't revolve around materialism.

It's a different story if a woman actually needs reconstructive surgery. So it depends on why they got the surgical enhancements.

(1) Guys say they want a 100% “natural” woman but the truth is that even teen girls start wearing push-up bras, streaking their hair, shaving ALL kinds of things, using nail polish and makeup… etc. if we were all 100% natural the mustachioed chicks walking the earth would be comfortable walking around in their natural state. HOWEVER we’re shamed into transformational grooming and maintenance from a very young age and it sticks for life.

(2) Guys complain about the fake stuff but still look at it and part of them is prompted to appreciate it even if they ultimately dismiss it. The lips that are “too full” (look gaudy) and (apparently) feel like kissing a tire… initially appealed to the guy who tried to kiss those lips. Guys complain about the fake boobs but look and react to them, take the gal out and so on. Some guys even complain about women who color their hair, and yet some guys are still drawn to the gal who goes through all those changes. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Nope. Having a naturally pretty face and being physically fit is physically attractive. Being proportional regardless of your measurements is good... If you're feminine but not too fussy then that's a win. It shows you have good self-esteem and you're able to be more spontaneous. No guy wants to sit around for some insecure plastic girl that has to paint on her face for an hour before she leaves the house and especially doesn't want some surgery addict that hates herself so much that she wants someone to chop her up in some clinic.

There's truly no need to do plastic surgery men are not that demanding when it come to physical appearance, they find everyone attractive. When asked to send a pictures I always send the worst pics ever, shitty lighting, hair half wet or not brushed, looking tired, selfies taken in grocery shop toilet and they always called me very pretty so there's truly no need to do any surgery or put filter on pics.

No Judgement Whatsoever - Reconstructive surgery after breast cancer or a breast reduction for pain/health reasons or reconstructive surgery after an accident.

OK A Little Judgement About Vanity But I Understand It - A face lift after 50, tummy tuck, skin treatments, etc. No implants or foreign substances, just helping nature out a little and feeling good about yourself. Nothing super high risk.

A Lot Of Judgement About Vanity And Decision Making - Purely cosmetic breast implants, butt implants, lip injections, botox, etc. unrelated to any health issue. Anything that involves anesthesia or foreign substances being introduced into your body. Especially giant breast implants. Going too big is NOT a turn on. They look comical, not natural.

No, I would vastly prefer a genuinely natural body. The reason being that I would know who I'm actually reproducing with. Short of that, I would want a natural looking body and full disclosure that this isn't what she actually looks like.

There are a lot of very talented surgeons, and I want women to do what makes them feel most confident. But it's important to know what someone actually looks like from the standpoint of passing on genetics with the best possible mate. And it's also important because presumably our children would be basing their own appearance on what they think she looks like.

If I had a gene that makes it so my children have a 50% chance of developing gout, my wife should know that that's a possibility. I view appearance genetics in a similar regard.

Girls wear makeup, work out to be fit, spend money on trending outfits, use cleavige cloths to show part of their naked boobs, few go as far as surgery but all who enhance their looks most likely will not tolerate those who only are after their looks! So why bother even trying to look good?

Depends on what we are talking about, usually surgery starts to get out of hand with some people and they start to look freakish because they never stop.

If a girl got just a nose job, because it was broken or she didn't like it or whatever then no big deal if that's all she ever got because it looks natural.

Boob jobs are not great, fake tits don't feel right and don't move right so they always look odd. I would rather have small real ones vs big fake ones.

I consider a woman as either kissable or not. I don't worry much about appearance if I like her personality. There are women I didn't initially consider attractive, but when I got to know them I felt differently. So cosmetic surgery is up to her, but I don't think it would make much difference to me.
