No, the only time I wore one at night was when I was nursing and needed to wear breast pads to deal with leaks.

  Perfect but why to even take off during sleep. I just dont understand. The comments are reallt shocking. aren't we supposed to wear undergarments all the time. I wear 24 hours before shower and changing to a new pair. If I dont shower it may go up to 48 or even 72 hours streak. Whats the point of taking off. I mean are you girls giving ur undergarments some shift break? So weird.

  Maybe wrong, but women tend to keep it on more if they have gone theough breastfeeding. Probably habit would stick.

  @NotLongKindaGirthy Yup little on the bigger side. So I keep them in tight control all the time. Dont like the wiggling act here and there honestly. Moreover I was shocked to see so many girls dont wear bra to bed. I have always known that undergarments should be worn after shower and you continue to own them before changing back to a new pair after your shower next day. So its like very new to me who dont wear bra or panty underneath night clothes. What are you girls upto? Giving your undergarments a shift break?

  Whats uncomfortable is waking up or unsing stairs or any physical activity those girls start jiggling up and down. I won't allow that. Its my body. Everything should be in place.

  @Sanjana_Ahuja I wear undergarments, just rarely wear a bra. Never gonna happen. Except I do spend a lot of time in a bathing suit, so I guess maybe thar counts.

  Not specific. I have all types. But I rarely change once its put on in the morning after shower. I just like being in control of my body putting the girls in lockdown. Dont really like the jiggling. So I always wear something snug or well fit to get the support.
