Depends... before a workout no, I'm a fat pos.
After a workout I'm standing in front of the mirror flexing and admiring myself... I change the way I think of myself to help me become what I need to be any given moment. That's how i stay on my toes. I feel like my insides are beautiful just about all the time. Or I think they are lol. Cut me open and you might not see it the same but I still believe they're beautiful and maybe that's all that matters 😉
