Personally I think it's too much but the creativity is there, a Japanese girl made a bra that has a fingerprint scanner that only opens when the fingerprint is recognized, according to what I read it's for their partners fingerprint, if the trust issues are that deep they shouldn't even be together but I guess it's good for other things like anti rape, they should do this with women's underwear as well. 💀

Depending on her location (Japan) I think it will strike the bra first. In the United States the phone would get struck first because everywhere you go you see idiots holding their phones. In Japan it is common etiquette violation for you to be on your phone in public so I think her bra would get zapped first unless she happens to be holding a golf club.
