Not anymore, but when i was younger i had a few friends who dabbled in sales and those kinds of jobs where a suit and tie was mandatory. But most young guys only have the one suit. So they wear the same suit to work every single day. It’s cheaper at the start to just buy dress shirts to wear under the suit jacket in order to avoid body odor contaminating the suit and ruining your look. Then express dry clean on your days off. I saw it a lot. I did it myself for a short while.
Then there are people who have work uniforms, but i suspect that isn’t necessarily what you’re getting at.
Supposedly Einstein suggested having multiple sets of the exact same clothes so that no cognitive energy is wasted on deciding what to wear each day. Just dress and go, all the while figuring out the inner and outer workings of our universe. It’s a clever bit that i learned from the movie “The Fly” (1986), but i was unable to confirm that little factoid myself.

Nope, but there is someone who repeated.

Back when I was in high school, we had a very attractive woman for our biology teacher. We guys started keeping track of what she wore every day. We discovered that she had about a 10-day repeating cycle. Whatever she wore today she would wear 10 days from now.

I used to know someone who used to wear the same shorts every day even though he had many different other shorts to wear. (Not underwear 🩲 shorts but shorts as in clothing.)
