Clothes first, tough call for hair or makeup. I've spend a lot of money on dying my hair before, but I go through phases of just letting it stay brown and keeping it simple. I spend less on makeup splurges, but I almost never leave my house with at least foundation concealer and eyeliner. If That's my daily make up look
