I would do my hair for sure, a bad hair an ruin my day basically.

Makeup definitely. My hair is fine as long as I redo my bun in the morning. My clothes are very important but makeup is more important.

make up so all the focus goes up to my eyes, a bad hair day can be easily fixed and clothes are not that important to me anyway

hair... I don't wear makeup so it doesn't matter to me n the outfit I will just cross my fingers that it won't be that bad

Makeup because your face will look good in whatever style you do for your hair and outfit.

don't really wear make up (I'm too pretty obvs) and hair is all about that styling and profiling
