How often do you really wash your hair, and what’s your full routine?

For me, it's either once a week or 1½ weeks

Back in the day when my work required me to do hair gel... I had to wash it everyday... that shit itches if you leave it in there and it turns into a white powder.

Now though... I probably wash my junk twice as much than my hair. I mean sometimes it's just not worth the effort and I won't even get my head wet.

So to answer the question... maybe 3X/week at the most, and sometimes not at all for a whole week. I've never been a sweat box so, usually my requirement to take a shower at all is because of sex.

Once every 3 -5 days depending on how fast it gets oily. I use this sulfate free shampoo but either that or the conditioner leaves behind this waxy shit that builds up after a few weeks on my hair so I'll let it get oily and then take bar soap lather my hands and wash it out with just that. And then it looks cool as fuck for like 3 days haha.

I don't know most stuff either dries my hair out or gives me dandruff.

Every other day + when workout doesn't fit into the every other day routine.

Precomb (entangle)
Water then shampoo
Conditioner
Towel dry and then combing

If I dont have time I also use a hairdryer, but I try to minimize the use of that.

I workout regularly , so I'll wash my hair almost everyday.

Unfortunately that causes my hair to dry out a lot but I hate sweaty hair.

I follow a hair growth routine where I'll use oil based treatments before and after washing my hair.

I’m a solid 2–3 times a week girl 😄 My scalp’s combo, so I stretch washes but not too much.

Routine is: pre-wash oil on lengths, gentle shampoo on scalp only, hydrating mask or conditioner mid-lengths to ends, cool rinse, microfiber towel, leave-in cream, a bit of hair oil on the ends, then air-dry or low-heat blowout with heat protectant.

2-3 times a week, I use dry shampoo in between washes if my hair gets greasy. I don't have much of hair care routine because using products weighs down my hair and in the past triggered a scalp problem that was hard to fix. I have a couple different shampoos, I often mix two or sometimes free to get different benefits. I use after-shampoo only on my ends. I sometimes use a bit of a hair mask but just on my tips if they're a bit dry.

I do have mid-length hair so... so I do wash it with water every day, of course but "products" I use those about twice a week, only... it makes a difference and it's better for my hair this way too

I wet it, smear some shampoo into it and leave it all piled up on top of my head while I wash my neck and back for a minute, then rinse my hair. If it's particularly dirty, I'll wash it twice.
