no i don't. i just wash my hair in the morning and blow dry it to shape. that way i avoid having to use gels or spray.

I use hair clay. The spray is dangerous because if you smoke or someone near you does or you're even grilling, it really is flammable like gasoline. Don't ask how I know.

Clay is better because it doesn't make damage or dry out your hair and if you get a good one it won't look oily either. And you or a woman can touch it without making their hand messy.

It also protects your hair from harsh conditions, specifically harsh sunlight.

The drawback is that as your hair naturally falls out the clay will continue to bind to those hairs so it becomes more Important to comb or detangle it.
