I never knew they were out of fashion. In the countryside or even in cities, I see a lot of men (and even women) wearing suspenders. Those are mainly used by men with a bit of a beer belly because the belt does no longer do a good job at holding those pants in place.

Elderly men also often use suspenders. Perhaps it is a generation thing to wear them but I believe it has also become a fashionable thing, even for women to wear suspenders. I mean, women also wear ties so that confuses me a little as to what is fashionable and what is just used for convenience.

Men wearing suspenders are the closest to what it feels for a woman to have to wear a bra the entire day when the straps cut into your flesh.

I only tried suspenders once, when I was much younger. I actually borrowed my father's suspenders. I didn't like it. A belt does a fine job holding up my pants

Since I am only 5ft tall 115 pounds. I have to buy, wear clothes that are appropriate for my size.
so like barrel jeans are in. I am not ever going to wear it. Or carpries pants… etc
