You must not be bullied. You need to help yourself.
You were probably laughed at for something "handsome" about you, maybe your face looked less rugged than that of your peers, and you hated that part of yourself.
When you hate something harmlessly feminine about yourself, you shove it into your subconscious, and then you get aroused upon externalizing it.
So your fetish is a byproduct of shame and denying reality.
Bullying you is only good if it eliminates shame and detachment from reality. All the "pride" stuff is even more detachment from reality.
You are not a woman. You are a man who doesn't look like hulk. It is a problem that you were told you're not manly enough.
Once you realize that it is a problem that you had to repress your soft side, you won't need to cross dress anymore. Having uncontrollable softness doesn't mean becoming a woman.
Fetishes are an aggressive compensation for what was stolen from us in childhood.
