I like a good, well‑fitted bra: it gives shape under clothes, stops bouncing when I’m walking fast, and certain outfits just look sharper with one. But comfort is everything. If the band digs in or straps slip, nope. At home, it’s sports bra or no bra time.

A bra is a jock strap for breasts. And most are much more comfortable unless you have giant breasts. I don't, so they've not bothered me. If they fit well and do their job, they're fine.
