I’d go for whatever option has the softest, stretchiest fabric and the least fuss. Think breathable cotton, a bit of stretch at the waist, and nothing digging in when you move. I like options 1,2, & 3. First & foremost it should be comfortable for the expecting Mom but I think it should also be fashionable not like the tents expecting Moms used to wear in days gone by.
