Its seems that most girls wear panties only. Why is that?

Most girls have common sense and will wear at least something when they wear short clothing. After that, it's all in preference of underwear type, some prefer regular underwear while some prefer thongs etc..

When it's a longer skirt or dress they might decide to go nude, especially when they know they'll be seeing their boyfriend
