If girl wears only very loose clothes/dresses...is she uncomfortable with her body and tries to hide it?

I'd like to know if a girl wearing loose clothes is a sign of being uncomfortable with herself and feeling fat.
There's this girl that only wears loose dresses/sweaters/shirts. you can't make out her body shape AT ALL. I wouldn't say she's fat, but clearly a bit out of shape if you ask me.
She used to wear some more normal fit clothes before, now she doesn't.

That is true sometimes, not all the time. Some girls simply don't know how to dress in a way that flatters their body shape. I have a friend who is thick, not overweight, a very defined hourglass, but tends to wear clothes that sloppily hide her figure. Sometimes her clothes are baggy in a way that make her look like she weighs more than she does.

My mother says that she used to wear very baggy clothes because she was ashamed of being so slim and small in stature, so she thought that wearing bigger clothes would make her look bigger and better. Because she was so petite, though, the clothes just completely drowned out her body.

Sometimes it's not so much that she feels uncomfortable with herself, but that she feels uncomfortable with the attention her body may draw. I knew a girl who had an amazing rack and behind, and everywhere she went everybody, boys and girls, would turn to stare. She got hit on by so many men, young and old, handsome, average and unattractive), as well as some girls, that she just started to wear loose clothes so as to not draw attention at school and work. When she would go out on a date, clubbing, or sometimes just hanging out with friends, she would wear "normal" clothes.

No it doesn't mean that she is uncomfortable about her body. I for example am uncomfortable about my body but I always wear fitting clothes :)

Why i asked the question, is bc she used to always wear fitting clothes, always taking pics of her and her body (tons of them), flaunting it.
And lately she's only using these large, loose, clothes, no matter the context. Not pregnant though. I know that for sure :). But it's a weird change and i was just wondering what could have possibly caused it.

Maybe. Some girls tend to like to where lose fitting close. Try and comment her and help her feel a bit better about herself. Just like guys. Girls like to know someone thinks highly of them and say nice things to them. It may even brake her out her shell.

Maybe that's what she feels comfortable in? I don't see why it should matter though if you aren't her friend or in a relationship with her. Maybe that's the way she likes her clothes. Who knows, who cares.

Either way she feels comfortable in those clothes and not in tighter ones. Perhaps she feels she's not thin enough to go showing her shape around. Perhaps it's just comfort she's looking for.

my body isn't in bad shape at all but sometimes i prefer baggy clothes. they are way more comfy.

Yes, she may feel uncomfortable with her body. I wear loose clothes for this reason.
