Somehow they pay attention to details...for some reason, although they don't take particular care when they sit down, you don't see their underwear no matter how short the skirt. Not sure how they do that!
They must watch the hang and fit very carefully. Also, if you watch closely, their top goes smoothly with the short skirt and draws attention away from their legs a little, which sort of reduces the flashiness and creates a 'cool' overall look. A lot of girls in short skirts look like they are screaming for you to notice their legs, they aren't cool at all!
I'm no style expert but the Vietnamese girls do have a way of bringing off the short skirt look wtihout appearing at all flirty really, and certainly not cheap of flashy.
They carry themselves with such authority and dignity, that the short skirt doesn't look like a come on or inappropriate as it does on many girls.!
i'm half chinese/viet half dutch/english-it's because generally vietnamese girls are thinner and like some guys described it, they make sure they're covered.

They are confident. And they have natural beauty. Also they are usually thinner so they can get away with a miniskirt without looking fat.
Because Asian women usually have naturally toned and sexy legs :P
they look like school girls. asian women tend to look younger.
