How do you handle getting a pedicure with extremely ticklish feet?

Any time I get a pedicure when they scrub the bottoms of my feet it's like torture cause it tickles so bad! I've almost kicked the lady in the face a few times! LOL! Anyone else have this problem? How do you cope?
