I am not sure about the underlying patterns. I can go through some celebrities I find that way. One is Emily Blunt:

I think it helps that she's close to my age (37, I'm 39). I like that her looks are slightly unconventional as well (I tend to like some mixture of the conventional and unconventional for distinctiveness, and more so with women IRL than celebrities). The slightly Posh British accent might also do something there.
Another is Rose Byrne:

Again the similarity in age probably helps (she's 40). I think she might be working towards the "plain" side without anything particularly striking or unconventional about her looks, But sometimes I find that the most appealing quality if it looks very "relatable" but charming in its own way, like "woman-next-door".
One thing I find about her is that she has what I interpret to be a "sweet and innocent" look. That's actually my least favorite now and something I consider a red flag through my experiences dating such types. In my experience, it can come with quite a fragile heart with timid eyes, easy to get hurt. Yet I think it helps in her case that she's older (I did not find her quite as attractive when she was younger), and she seems to have a healthy sense of humor -- both of which I suspect makes her a bit tougher than she looks.
Yet another is Rosamund Pike:

I think her appeal is very similar to me with Emily Blunt: 41-years old, elegant, slightly unconventional (although it's not obvious in this photo). She doesn't have the Posh British accent but her voice has an airy quality to it which I find very appealing, and she can really dress up in a very sophisticated and magisterial way. Actually she's the type I suspect I'd find the least interesting personality-wise at a party but the most irresistible to the eyes if she wore like a black dress with an elegant necklace and hair up.
Emma Stone:

Actually she's kind of a pattern-breaker for me, being typically younger (only 31 now) than most. Yet she's definitely the most appealing to me as far as "personality", and that also draws my eyes her way. She's clearly a fun lover at heart and the type to find a joke and laughter in almost any situation even if it makes her come across a bit like a goofball. I find this a most appealing quality. It strikes me as "most genuine and fun".
Jessica Alba:

She fits the age pattern but she's quite a conventional choice. I don't know that many guys, especially my age, who don't like Jessica Alba. She at least fits my usual age pattern at 38. But I think she's a more popular and canonical choice than I usually pick since I started liking her when I was around the university years. Back then, I didn't have the dating experience to really shape and better define my preferences, so I went more for the really popular choices in the media. Yet she has aged so gracefully that I still find her appealing. I think she fits a sweet spot between "cute" and "sexy" in my eyes, although maybe a bit boring as an actress. She's pure eye candy to me. There's not much of a personality component in there, and that's quite unusual in my case (again a symptom, perhaps, of starting to like her when I was really young and just going by images in the media).
Gabrielle Union:
Actually she's quite a bit older at 47-years old but certainly doesn't look it even in her latest images. Like Jessica Alba though, I started liking her most when I was younger and in university and maybe she's a bit more canonical than usual. In her case, I think part of the reason I started finding her so attractive is that my first serious girlfriend was black in university and had a similar kind of cute and fun look to her. If a woman looks really fun, that often helps.
That's a small sample. I can keep going. I'm not sure if there's a strong pattern there. It's even more eclectic in terms of what women I find most attractive in real life than what I find with celebrities since the industry already favors a certain kind of look that limits the choices.
But I'm not the type, at least not anymore, that simply finds the hottest body flashing the most skin at a party to be the most gorgeous. There has to be a bit more going on there for me to find her irresistible to the eyes like she has to be the most fun, or most elegant, or most charismatic, or there's something unusual about her looks in spite of being reasonably canonical that I find most interesting.
I don't find models all that interesting at all. I never did. I think it's because I don't get to see much of them compared to like a talented musician or actress. It helps me, even visually to find her irresistible to my eyes if I can empathize with her, even if it's just a character she's portraying onscreen. A model posing on a runway or in a photo doesn't give me enough to do that.
Jessica Alba might be the closest to model appeal for me there (and again maybe the most unusual of my choices because I started liking her at a very young age). But I've at least seen her in films like Honey where she was fairly cute and fun and danced and you can kind of empathize with her character a bit. There's still a lot more being communicated there than like a fashion model.
If a girl is very talented, that also definitely helps in my case. For example, I've been in Karaoke bars where a girl stepped up on stage and I did not think her so special to the eyes, but then I heard her sing Adele like a pro (not just in terms of vocal range and quality but commanding a charisma on stage) and suddenly she's irresistible to my eyes.
Rosamund pike, jessica alba, and gabriel union yes. Gabrielle slightly going downhill. she's just not the same and sometimes the makeup is too much like she's bleaching her skin or something. Plus i miss her tough demeanor. she's kinda weakened in a way but i liked old her
@DizzyDesii I haven't been keeping up as much with her or even the media that much lately. I've gone into old fogie mode where I watch my favorite films over and over. :-D But I liked her best when I was in the university years like in the early 2000s. One thing I've found if it makes any sense is that the women I find most attractive tend to be easier to draw caricatures of, like this, with the exception of maybe Jessica Alba (but she is an unusual one in my pick and most canonical):
And uhh... that's a bit more extreme than I had in mind, and not very flattering at all. But it is distinctive. It is easy to remember, and my mind remembers their faces simplified and exaggerated sort of like that. The ones that I can easily visualize and remember this way by burning a simplified/exaggerated image are the ones I tend to find most attractive... I don't mean like in a monstrous way -- it does help that they have some combination of attractive and unconventional features -- but still quite distinctive, memorable.
I think it's subjective because "different strokes for different folks" but here are some examples of traits that I would personally consider a drop dear gorgeous women to have. I do believe that a woman can be drop dead gorgeous without some of these features though.
A beautiful smile, a nice complexion (freckles are a huge plus), smooth skin, proportianate facial features, well maintained and groomed with healthy hair, not too skinny but not too thick (I'm a guy that finds muscle definition unattractive) and not too tall.
Its all about the face. Pretty with no makeup knows. Real hair/eyelashes/lips. Nice cheeks/jawline. Everything is proportionate (eyes/nowe/lips not too big/small). Eyebrows are naturally arched/shaped nicely. Little to no acne. Nice teeth/smile.

I seem to like bright eyes on a girl. This girl was on an old TV show in the 80's called Otherworld that I liked. I still remember her.

Nice body and face of course. But also the way she dresses and carries herself, and little things like she gets her nails and feet done regularly and shows she’s takes care and pride in herself.
- Exercises and eats well.
- Dresses well, without excess.
- Is kind but clear on purpose.
