He's not a shy guy... But sometimes he quickly moves away when i catch him.

I can't tell you for sure bug lets he enters the same room that im in, hell stare since the minute he walks in, ir since the minute he comes ariund my desk...

If you notice him that much maybe he is staring at you because he sees you looking at him so much.
