Should you call a girl out if she's playing games?

As the question states should you call a girl out if you think she's playing games? Is this the best way to curb them?

Well I didn't, I just simply told her she's being manipulative and that I don't deal with that, and to not contact me again.

What do you do if she denies it? I am currently dealing with a complex situation where it was obvious the girl was playing games, and I called her out and she denied it so I told her I don't deal with that and walked away.
