"Gang Rape" That is an extreme to refer to men chasing a woman as Gang Rape.
I don't think it is a double standard. If a woman is appealing the male gender - men chase her.
If a male is appealing to the female sex - women chase him.

Women can often feel objectified by it thought because we are brought up in a word where at one point, women were not viewed to be a value added to a relationship as far as the mind is concerned. Men have always been dominate. So with the mixture of subtle teachings and the media industry - women many times feel that men chase their bodies and don't appreciate their minds or personality - thus makes them objectified.

I think that makes sense. lol I can elaborate in discussion if needed.

Option 2 is definetly not gang rape and nnot perceived as gang rape by women.

Please let's not pretend gang rape is something we can take lightly. Being raped by one person is already horrific let alone a bunch of women or men.

This is a double standard! And a serious one because this is the reason why male rape victims (raped by females) don't get any support and are even made fun of:

because men's nature is polygamous, but women's nature is not polyandrous.

when a man is being chased by many women he feels success.
when a woman is being chased by many men she feels stronger need to choose carefully. therefore becomes more protective.

Probably because most small groups of women don't pose much of a threat to a grown man (obviously there are exceptions), while even one man has the ability to pose a threat to a woman. And men do rape women. Kind of a lot. Even if the chance of that adoring mob of men raping the running woman is 0%, she doesn't know that and has to assume that the chance is non-0%.

It's like being chased by a tiger or a terrier. If you don't know its intentions, what do you do? Appreciate the fact that women are surrounded by tigers all the time and still have the guts to look attractive to all of them at the same time.

Girls get chased primarily for relationship/ sex. Guys don't expect anything more from them. So it's more common and most of the times it leads to conflicts. That group may be a crushers club but not a gangrape. (Very poor choice of words). And guys don't get chased easily. If a guy is chased so, he is too attractive / famous / rich / powerful / just too sweet/ extremely good in bed. And that is not common. so it is acceptable. Coz very few guys get that and others don't complain. And the consequences of the first case has a stronger social impact than the second.

because sex is the top priority for guys. I. E. if a bunch of girls are chasing after a guy, he's not going to run very fast..

Because women get away with everything.
Look at what happens when underage kids have sex.
The girl gets caught, or gets mad because he broke up with her, or it wasn't the amazing life altering experience it was for her, so she gets back at him and claims rape. Or someone just finds out they had sex.
the guy will go to prison for sexual assault or rape. You have never once heard a woman get prosecuted for underage sex if both are underage.
