Does my drunk hookup mean anything because we've hooked up 4 different times?

There's this boy who I became friends with during the first week of college, we both play volleyball and have the same coach. The first weekend we were all here we all got drunk in one of the volleyball guys' rooms and we started making out.. I was super drunk so he just ended up bringing me down to bed. Two weeks later we were all together again and got drunk and we made out again and I got too drunk and he put me in his bed with a trash can next to me. The third time we all got drunk together we were all hanging out and he got more touchy-feely flirty than normal, probably because I wasn't interested with making out with him again even though we ended up making out anyways after that he like broke down crying about how homesick he was and then when he was done crying we ended up making easy mac in the kitchen and talking. Then this past weekend we all went to a frat party and when we got back I got sexiled from my room and I ended up in his room and we almost had sex, but I said no because I have never gone far with any guy. And while we were doing stuff the door was unlocked so some of the volleyball guys kept openkng the door. I was also so tired (and kinda drunk) that I just wanted to sleep throughout the whole thing. I wasn't even planning on seeing him when I got back but I ended up waking up in his bed with the clothes he gave me to wear on. When I woke up I heard a knock on the door and it was a bunch of the volleyball guys and they invited us to breakfast and as soon as the door closed I grabbed my stuff as fast as I could and said goodbye and bolted.. Its kinda weird now between us because we pretend that nothing happened but I just don't know what to do because around the second time we hooked up he had hooked up with a girl that he is kinda talking to but he told us all when he was drunk that he's not really sure about her and him and I are literally like the same person.. I just don't know what this all means if anything
