Craving attention from guys when I'm drunk

Last night I went out, and by my 3rd or 4th drink, I was still thinking about my bf, but I was wondering how many guys I could get to pay attention to me. I ended up kissing some guy... the only reason I remember is because there is a picture of it. When I'm sober I have zero interest in associating with any other guy, but after a few drinks I find myself being slutty, I hate it. does anyone else have this problem? what could some of the reasons be? low self esteem? I need to fix it.

Good, you admit you need to fix it. The problem is the alcohol itself. Alcohol lowers your inhibitions, your standards, your worries. Get rid of the alcohol and you'll be fine.

Now alcohol from time to time isn't bad, but don't get wasted off your ass, you know that you become slutty. There's a difference between a social drinker and an alcoholic, even if people don't want to admit it.

As for the wanting attention when drunk. Maybe your boy friend doesn't give you enough attention, so you seek it from others? Or it could just be the simple lowering of inhibitions, and wanting to have fun. Alcohol does weird things to people.

I literally have the same thing going on when I drink I kiss and do crazy things I wouldn’t do sober never. But it’s like an evil alter ego when I drink. I dare everything everybody is not safe. But when I’m sober I’m quite shy. In the beginning it was fun to get out of my shell but once I started to hurt people I care about that’s when I knew something wasn’t adding up.

and indeed if your boyfriend doesn’t give you enough you start to look for attention from everyone it’s a road you don’t want to take leave the booze and be yourself
