Is he ignoring me on purpose?

So I know this guy and we have been acquaintances for 3 years now. Well we took it to the next step and slept together this past weekend. I texted him later that same weekend and he responded by flirting and everything was fine. So I texted him on Monday and it is now weds. no response. On a side note he has a kid and he his with him during the week and he told me before "sorry if I can't respond to your texts all the time I might be busy/" I don't want to seem psycho. Should I text him this weekend and just say hi or should I wait and pray he texts me back? I could use a little help.

This all depends on the type of guy you're talking about. I'm assuming he's a nice guy, which means he is probably not ignoring you on purpose. However, some guys will do weird things to try to get out of situations they think are bad. It's natural to worry about these things, but it'd be in your best interest to try not to. No matter how much you worry, it won't change what happens. If it turns out he IS ignoring you, then he's not worth your time and effort anyway.

Still, I say just don't worry about it - let him contact you. If he cares enough about you, he'll call you within a few days at the most.

Suggest an age-appropriate date that includes the kid. I'm assuming that the child is young. That way he won't have to find a babysitter. However, you could be in for a rude awakening if this kid is a sullen teenager.

You're not psycho. You care and want it to last and get better. Nothing wrong at all with that.
