My good guy friend did this today. Whie giving me a tight hug he tries to lift me up. ( I'm shorter than him)

He doesn't do this to other girls (not to our mutual female friend)

He also kisses my forehead and nudges me playfully. Signs he likes me? If he does, why hasn't he kissed me yet? I caught him looking at my lips at one part of it. We aren't a couple, just two good friends. He isn't shy either.

Yes, he likes you! This is a great move for guys to destroy the touch barrier between him and a girl he likes. I do that all the time with girls during flirting. I'll start playfully touching which leads eventually into me scooping her up at some point. I've made girls blush by doing this, because they feel so vulnerable and sexually flattered when a man literally sweeps them up off their feet. It's a protective and possessive move, and if there's any attraction between the guy and girl, it works 100% of the time.
